ELISA Each year, we perform a large number of ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) in order to detect the presence and follow the titers of antigen-specific antibodies.
We also have good experience in assisting companies with the development of ELISA-based bioassays and diagnositic assays (more info here). Furthermore, we assist many academic groups in developing ELISA-based assays for basic and applied research. Most commonly, we set up indirect, direct and sandwich ELISAs.
During polyclonal antibody generation, we often perform ELISA on the antiserum from the 1st bleed to evaluate the host response and to get a titer value. In these cases we run with the pre-immune serum as control. We also run ELISAs in the process of monoclonal antibody generation.
Western blot We run Western blot analysis on demand. If you have several antibodies you would like to test, we can strip the membrane and re-stain. A complete report with scans of gel and membrane will be sent to you. We can also include the SDS-PAGE gel or membrane if you wish to do further analysis in your own lab.
