Each year, we perform a large number of ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) in order to detect the presence and follow the titers of antigen-specific antibodies.

During polyclonal antibody generation, we often perform ELISA on the antiserum from the 1st bleed to evaluate the host response and to get a titer value. We run with the pre-immune serum as control.

We run Western blot analysis on demand. If you have several antibodies you would like to test, we can strip the membrane and re-stain. A complete report with scans of gel and membrane will be sent to you. We can also include the SDS-PAGE gel or membrane if you wish to do further analysis in your own lab.
