For an already existing hybridoma, we can expand as well as produce and purify monoclonal antibodies. All you need to do is send us your cells. 

If you would like to generate monoclonal antibodies from a certain antigen, we carry this out in the following standard steps:

Step 1: Immunization program of 4 Balb/c mice
Step 2: Production of hybridoma of selected mouse/mice
Step 3: Subcloning of selected hybridoma
Step 4: Expansion of hybridoma and purification of antibodies

Depending on your project, we adjust the standard scheme to fit your needs. You only pay for successfully executed steps. We can screen for more than one antigen if requested. Read more about the details of Steps 1-4 in the downloadable file to the right.
