From the sequences of the variable regions of the Heavy and Light chain, we clone them into expression vectors containing constant regions of your species and isoform of choice. After cloning, transfection of eucaryotic cells using transient gene expression is preformed, followed by harvesting and Immunoglobulin-purification.
If your antibody is not sequenced, we are able to assist you with this service.
If you have volumes of culturing or bioreactor havests that need to be Protein A/G purified, we are happy to assist you.
