Peptide Synthesis & Conjugation


Long or short peptides, phosho-peptides, cleavage-epitope peptides, modified peptides  – we can help you. 
 
We can synthesize your peptide at different purities. ImmunoGrade purity is often used for antigen  for polyclonal antibodies. However, we can generate peptides that are up to 98% pure, which is recommended for monoclonal antibody generation. All peptides are quality assured by MS and HPLC, and every amino acid coupling is made with an acetylation step to prevent incorrect deletion sequences. You are welcome to contact us if you would like to know more about our peptide synthesis and the precision of our instruments.

Shorter peptides are conjugated to a carrier molecule in order to create a suitable antigen. This will prevent the peptide to get cleared too quickly in the host, and promote a proper immune response. The carriers that are most commonly used are KLH, THR, OVA and BSA. The carriers are easiest conjugated to the peptide via a cystein.
