OUR CLIENTS
Capra Science has produced high-performance antibodies for over a thousand projects, since we started in year 2007. Our clients come from the pharma, diagnostic and biotech industry (large size and SME), as well as academic research groups all arround the world.
We are very proud that we have become a key provider of drug-specific antibodies for ADA-assays for many pharmaceutical companies.
All projects at Capra science are treated with strict confidentiality.

OUR TRACK RECORD
In some projects we execute single steps in a product chain (for example antiserum production) and in other projects we take a care of the whole process from project layout to ready-to-use antibodies (for example antigen design to affinity purified antibodies). Every project is unique, however below we present some examples of projects that we frequently perform:
Polyclonal antibody production in goat, rabbit, hen or alpaca
ISO9001-certified antiserum production for the purpose of diagnostic use
ELISA development (direct ELISA, in-direct ELISA, sandwich ELISA, competitive ELISA)
|
Peptide-specific antibody production - from peptide design to affinity purified antibodies
Antibody production against very small molecules (non-peptide)
Purification of antibodies from bioreactor harvests
Monoclonal antibody production form existing hybridoma
|
Drug-specific antibody production for bioassay development in drug discovery and pre-clinical trials (ADA-assays)
Monoclonal antibody generation by immunization of mice followed by hybridoma generation, subcloning and selection.
Monoclonal nanoantibody generation from Alpaca
|
Eptiope-specific (site-directed) antibody generation. Antibodies specific towards phosphorylation sites, acetylation sites, cleavage sites, encymatic acitve sites, activation sites, modified amino acids, etc.
Analysis of specificity and cross-reactivity of antibodies. |
