The price, a sculpture by artist Peter Gadh Capra Science is proud to announce that we have been awarded “The Innovation of the Year”, by the Swedish Board of Agriculture (Sv. Jordbruksverket) and the Rural Network (Sv. Landsbyggdsnätverket).
- This award means a lot to us at Capra Science. We are proud and
happy that our hard work for a more natural animal care for antibody producing animals gets acknowledged, says Dr Lovisa Hessle Bergman, the managing director of Capra Science, who received the price in Stockholm at Berns on the 26th of November.
Since 2007, this is the forth award Capra Science receives for their work with antibodies and animal care.
The jurys motivation, in Swedish, was as follows:
"Capra Sciences antikroppar produceras i en naturlig och ekologisk miljö. Getterna slipper laboratoriemiljön, kvaliteten och kvantiteten i produktionen har höjts och världsmarknaden väntar. Företagets verksamhet är unik och bidrar till skapandet av en forskningsorienterad landsbygd."
